At Training for Life, we deliver fully accredited mental health first aid training, including Youth & Adult MHFA England courses and Suicide First Aid (SFA), to organisations and individuals across Suffolk, Norfolk, Kent and now expanding throughout England.

All of our instructors have undergone rigorous, professional training, so delegates can be sure of a positive and well-informed experience when training with us.
