Welcome to our Health & Wellbeing coaching area, where we offer additional support to individuals who want to improve their physical and mental health in the workplace (as well as in their personal lives).

At Training For Life, we believe that taking care of both your mind and body is key to achieving a fulfilling and balanced life and our personally tailored courses are designed to help you do just that.

Our lead instructor Ben’s journey began in 2016 as a Personal Trainer in an East of England gym, to now working face-to-face and online as a health & wellbeing coach. Ben has worked with many individuals as well as small groups and classes, with people from all different walks of life and all with the same goal in mind – to feel healthier and happier.

The perfect extension to our workplace mental health training

If you’ve already graduated from one of Training For Life’s workplace mental health training courses, you’re already taking an important step towards a more supportive and understanding workplace and a health & wellbeing coaching approach can help you build on the knowledge and skills you’ve learned in the workplace mental health training courses, and provide you with additional tools and strategies for improving your overall wellbeing.  However, there is no requirement to have followed this training path as sometimes, we need more personalised attention to help us deal with specific issues that we face in our daily lives. That’s where health & wellbeing coaching comes in.

An overview of some of the services:

  1. Personalised health and wellbeing plans: We will work with you to create a customised plan that takes into account your unique physical and mental health needs, as well as your personal and professional goals.
  2. One-on-one coaching sessions: we’ll discuss your needs, wants, desires and help you to monitor progress, challenges, and answer any questions or concerns you may have, in a safe and non-judgmental environment. We will provide you with ongoing support and guidance, as well as help you stay accountable to your goals.
  3. Group coaching sessions: we also offer group coaching sessions, which can be a great way to connect with others who are facing similar challenges. These sessions can be especially helpful for building a supportive network which can offer encouragement and advice.
  4. Additional resources and tools: we can provide you with additional resources and tools that can help you manage stress, improve your sleep, eat more healthily, and exercise more regularly. These resources may include articles, videos, books, or other materials.

All health & wellbeing coaching will be carried out in a professional and compassionate capacity; no judgement, no guilt around for your current lifestyle, simply the desire to help and encourage you to reach for what it is you want most in life.
